 Veterinary Medical  Evaluation of your pet’s problem cannot and will not be done over the phone. Do not call to get a diagnosis of your pet’s problem without bringing your pet in. Your human doctor cannot diagnose your medical problems without seeing you either.

 Hospital Policy is payment for services when they are rendered. Make arrangements accordingly before coming to the veterinary hospitals. We are here to help you, but it is up to you to be responsible for payment of your bill as services are rendered.

 Medications cannot be provided without a physical examination on your pet and a doctor/client/pet professional relationship. If we have never seen your pet, we cannot provide you with medications without a physical examination.
